OPENING ADDRESS

With every passing day the belief that standoff within rich and poor, developed and backward, can end in somebody’s absolute victory becomes increasingly disputable. Meanwhile evolution of human states and relationships carves its way. It does it but rests on wars and hostility. Progress matures through the combination of acts which, with proliferation of atomic weapons, are getting increasingly dangerous. Much has a great bearing on the blindness and unawareness. This article asserts that the contradictory interests can be brought into line with great gain for humanity and nearing to the world order. The important thing about the essay is that all set forth is allied to fundamental requirements of social reality or so at least is the strong author's conviction.
